  Large food and drink menu with some nice choices. Pretty busy tonight, staff coped well, didn't notice any big delays in service

  Recently stayed at the Eldo. Room was adequate, Meals were great. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

  Given that this is the only hotel we could stay at, I give it a 2 star. The room I stayed at is not for the faint of heart, I would have given this place a 1 star. Again, the rating is based on comparing it to modern expectations from a decent hotel.

  A very pleasant experience. Room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Basic but adequate. Restaurant was amazing for food quality and friendliness. Highly recommend.

  The Eldo has seen better and busier times just like Woomera itself. The hotel/motel blocks are named after rockets from the joint British-Australian missile tests. It could take up to 1,000 guests approximately when it was fully operational. Now it has basic but functional rooms and a good restaurant/bar. Very acceptable for a small outback town. The linen is clean, good airconditioning etc.
